Acceptable Use Policy — On Your Terms

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") supplements the Terms of Service. Violations may result in suspension or termination.

You will not

Use the Service to violate any law or third-party right.
Generate documents intended to deceive consumers about their legal rights, hide identity of the operator, or evade regulatory obligations.
Upload or generate content depicting child sexual abuse material, incitement to violence, terrorism, or hate against protected classes.
Infringe copyright, trademark, trade secret, or other IP.
Use the Service for fraud, phishing, spam, or unsolicited commercial messaging.
Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service without our prior written consent.
Introduce malware, denial-of-service or rate-abuse traffic, or attempt to disable, impair, or overburden the Service.
Scrape the Service, build derivative datasets, or train AI models from it.
Resell, sublicense, or share access in breach of the Terms.
Use the Service from a country or by a person subject to comprehensive US sanctions.

Coordinated disclosure is welcome at security@onyourterms.app. Do not perform testing that affects other users.

We may investigate suspected violations, remove content, suspend accounts, and cooperate with law enforcement.
